Computer Products Unlimited brings together best practices from our background in state-of-the-art commercial software development and large scale systems integration. We follow generally accepted project lifecycle methodologies, and are able to leverage real-world project management experience to avoid common pitfalls. In addition to excellent communication and leadership skills, Computer Products Unlimited project managers typically have an average of five to ten years of hands-on experience in systems analysis, integration, and/or development. They are responsible for scheduling resources, coordinating tasks, facilitating communications, and managing the relationship with any third-party vendors.
For projects we lead, we will assume responsibility for incorporating change management procedures, generating project reports, and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Our project managers take ownership of the project from start to end to ensure that it succeeds—finishing on time and under budget.
