CSA Program

Industry trends show that most organizations do have a full time Chief Security Officer but require security expertise. The CSA program was designed to address this need by providing one of our security specialists as a "contracted" CSO for the client. This individual will participate in meetings and planning discussions, evaluating potential solutions and making recommendations for your company. By providing the "contracted" CSO, CPUI will work within your budget and existing network architecture, and enable your organization to develop and implement strong, comprehensive security strategies, programs, and policies.

CPUI's Definition of a CSO

A strong, experienced Chief Security Officer is the key to successful information security. A CSO's job is to focus solely on a company's security architecture from the bottom up. This means strategizing, implementing and maintaining solid security on a daily basis. A good CSO keeps abreast of current threats, is up-to-date on market offerings, and is capable of choosing and managing the most appropriate hardware and software solutions for the enterprise. Most importantly, he or she is always planning for the future, keeping the enterprise one step ahead of potential damage caused by viruses, hackers and other security threats.
